Admission Requirements

A complete admission file must include: Application for admission, application fee, official ACT/SAT score, final high school transcript.
Admissions Application Deadline: Application by July 1, 2010 for fall semester

Admission Requirements for Freshman students(Resident and Non-Resident):

To be admitted, prospective freshman must meet ONE of the following:
- 22 on the ACT or 1540 SAT (M,CR,W)OR
- Have a 2.5 high school grade point average OR
- Rank in the top half of their graduating class

AND
For Fall 2010, must earn a minimum mathematics score of:
- 18 on the ACT OR
- 440 on the SAT

AND
For Fall 2010, must earn a minimum Writing Proficiency Score of:
- 18 on the ACT Optional Writing Test or subscore of 7 OR
- 440 writing score on the SAT essay or subscore of 7 OR
- 3.5 on the Montana University System Writing Assessment OR
- AP Score of 3 or above (English Language or English Literature Exam)

AND
Must meet college preparatory requirements:
- Four years English
- Three years math
- Three years social studies
- Two years lab science
- Two years of either foreign language, computer science, visual and performing arts or vocational education
