Counselors, Students, Parents, Exhibitors, & All Attendee Agreement
  • To keep all attendees fully informed, we have shared this information with all Montana high school counselors, all exhibitors, and directly on the student /parent fair registration page.  We want all attendees to have full access to live updates in regards to safety and COVID-19 risks.  Attendance of these in-person fairs is completely optional and only for those who choose to attend.  Students, parents, counselors, exhibitors, etc. who do not feel comfortable attending in-person may still attend the Virtual College & Career Day event in October 2021 to receive this service in place of in-person fair attendance.
  • Live Fair Safety Updates  |  Counselors and Students will be able to access live updates for each fair @ www.MontanaColleges.com on the registration page and homepage under the red button of "LIVE Fair Safety Updates."
  • Responsibility of All Attendees  |  All attendees of these Montana in-person fair events and programming agree to stay updated with the LIVE Fair Safety Updates up until the fair start time.  All attendees agree to abide by these safety terms listed by the Fair Site Host(s) when attending the in-person event.
  • Each Fair Site Host Sets Safety & Security Measures & Requirements  |  Each Fair Site Host has full control over their safety and security protocols for their site location.  These safety guidelines will vary by fair site.  By attending, all attendees agree to follow all required safety requirements for that chosen fair.
  • These terms are subject to change. We will share updates as needed depending upon COVID-19 developments.

  • Fair Registration FAQ's
  • What if your in-person fair has to cancel for safety reasons?
    • If COVID-19 developments require a site or sites to cancel their in-person fair, we have created a back-up virtual option through our "Online Interest Form."   This will allow studnets to request information from all exhibitors without being in-person. This will run in conjunction with the in-person fairs regardless of cancellation. Students are encouraged to attend both in-person fairs (if possible) and also use the Online Interest Form for a multi-touch and added-value experience.
  • How will we keep updated with any safety changes for our fair location?
    • We have created a live form for all to access and see immediate updates from each Fair Site Host. Therefore, it is the responsibly of all attendees to keep checking this live online form for updates up until attending the fair. To access the form: Live Fair Safety Updates - Online Form - Thank you!
  • What if I have a student who can not register for the fair? Questions or need help with registering your students, please contact Strivescan directly @ help@strivescan.com | Contact StriveScan | If you or your students are unable to register before the fair, you may still attend the fair.
  • The registration is defaulting to 5 miles from my location and is picking the wrong fair? No worries, you can adjust the mile radius to a larger distance to encompass the fair you want to go to. You can also disable the location finder and just select from all of Montana.

Counselor Thank You Letter
We know you are all very busy, and the counseling profession becomes more challenging every day.  The last few years with COVID‐19 tested everyone in education.  It is in times of challenge this last year that our teamwork to help students together shined.  Even though not everything was a success, our coming together definitely was a huge success!

We want to take time to thank you for your  support of these Montana College Fairs, Counselor Updates, and MPSEOC’s events. Without your support, these collaborative  programs to help educate Montana students of higher education options would not be possible.  Therefore, this year for all of you  who take the time to bring your students to the September Montana Fall College Fairs, you will be added to a drawing to win a $1000  Professional Award of your choice. All you have to do is sign in at the MPSEOC Table the day of the fair.  MPSEOC wants to thank you with this award to be used for professional development, a trip, etc.  Thank you for all you do for Montana education.  You are so vital  in this whole process of helping students.  Together we are able to help students so much more!  A very special thank you from MPSEOC  |  Montana Colleges.
