On behalf of the Montana Post Secondary Educational Opportunities Council (MPSEOC), we want to extend our thanks to all Montana counselors for all your incredible work in helping students and education.  Please know we are here to help you in any way we can.  We appreciate you.  Thank you for all you do.

It is the time of year where we finalize your details for our statewide student and counselor fall events and programming.  At this time, we are taking steps to plan for in-person fall events for the September College & Career Fairs, Counselor Update, Guide Book To Higher Education, and more.  In this packet we are asking you to confirm your details for the fall in-person fairs and events.  Please know that safety is a priority to us in this, and we will keep you updated with any changes.  Please share any questions, concerns, and thoughts you may have.  We will keep in contact over the summer and early fall with final details. 

Please take a few moments to confirm the following details in order to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in our planning.  We ask that you act on the following items on or before May 19, 2025.  Thank you so much for all of your team help and efforts to help students together!

steps to take to prepare for fall

step 1  |  check your listing in the Counselor directory

Verify that the Contact Information for You & Your School Is Correct
We ask you to please verify your high school name, counselor name, mailing address, phone, e-mail, website, etc.  We will be publishing this information this coming fall, so we want to make sure we have your information correct.  Other counselors, students, parents, college representatives, and many agencies use this directory throughout the year, so please help us keep it updated for you.  Please just let us know if you have questions or need additional help.

step 2  |  check the college fair your High SChool is tentatively scheduled to attend

Check the College & Career Fair Location & Date for which your school has been tentatively assigned in September.  If you wish to attend another fair, please indicate as such on the online form in Step 3.  Please note that the time listed is the time duration for the entire fair.  By the end of August / early September, we will share final details and final schedule of events.
*We will keep you posted of updates throughout the summer and early fall with any changes.  Thank you!

Important FINAL Step! 
​In this ionline form, you will be able to confirm your fair location, make a change to your fair location, and confirm the number of registration promotion cards you need for your students.  This is a huge help and lets us know what you need for these fall events.  Thank you!
