WHY ATTEND this fair?

This the final fair option we will be able to offer this fall & early winter.  The next fair event will not happen until later winter/early spring.  Do not let your students miss this chance to learn about early scholarships, financial aid, special programming etc.

  • |  Who should attend?  Students (ESPECIALLY   JUNIORS & SOPHOMORES), Parents, HS Counselors, Middle School Counselors, any Teachers, and or community members who are interested.  Please help spread the word!  These are free for anyone to attend and gain valuable resources and information.
  • ​|  100’s of live sessions, live instant chat, videos, 1-on-1 meetings with colleges, universities, military branches, training programs, agencies, resources, & more!
  • |  Meet all Montana’s 25 Accredited Colleges & Universities
  • |  Many Out-Of-State/Country Colleges, Universities, Training Programs, Military Branches, & more!
  • |  $1,000 College Ca$h Scholarships randomly given away to attendees!

  • Who Is Invited To Attend these events?  We have geared this event to be a direct service for Seniors, Juniors, & Sophomores Students, Transfer Students, School Counselors, Interested Teachers/Admin, Parents, Community Members, but also for the exhibitor professionals to build relations and gain professional development too. 

    Hosted on the national Visitdays Platform along with new in-person "POP Up Fair" options for schools - 100’s of live sessions & resource videos  |  100’s of 1-on-1 meetings/chats with colleges, universities, military branches, training programs, agencies, resources, & more! 

    Events In Spring 2021  |  This is the last and only “MPSEOC hosted - Montana Virtual Fair / Event” we will be able to offer this winter/spring 2021, so you do not want to miss this one!     ​

what does the virtual FAIR offer?

THIS VIRTUAL PLATFORM WILL HELP easily search options after high school in one location, offer live sessions to connect, &  build relationships with professionals at those INSTITUTIONS.

These events provide the opportunity for institutions to interact with prospective students, counselors, parents, & beyond. At these events, students, counselors, parents, etc. will be able to:

1 - Schedule meetings with specific members of an institution.

2 - ​Attend LIVE Zoom sessions on specific topics including academics, financial aid, student affairs, student life, and more by institutions.

3 - ​​Build relationships with institutions in a digital setting. 

4 - ​​Students easily filter, sort, like, and save institution profiles & information to their "student portal" to find institutions that fit what they are seeking.

5 - ​Students have the ability to browse pre-recorded videos that have been uploaded by institutions.  This provides further opportunities for prospective students to get-to-know institutions and be able to go back on their own time to continue to learn about an institution.
6 - NEW!  LIVE CHAT!  Instantly chat with a college, military branch, or training program and get your questions answered quickly during the LIVE Fair time blocks!

​Having multiple ways to connect offers higher levels of engagement between students and institutions to help build relationships, grow engagement, and ensure quality interactions even within the virtual world.

  • 100's of Live Sessions Already!!  Visit the online virtual fair platform to preivew an example of colleges and the platform. |  If you want to get a head start and feel for the online platform, you may preview the online platform and starting liking profiles.  By the beginning of the Live Fair week, we have all sessions and profiles live and ready for you to interact in real time at the event. 

1-on-1 meetings & Live chat
How does it work?

  • 1-on-1 Meetings  & Live Chat |  These are a wonderful addition to reach and build relations in addition to the live sessions.  Colleges will set aside this time on their profile that you and students are welcome attend as you are able.  These are 15-20 minute 1-on-1 Meetings with a college.  You may also chat live or leave a quick message on each profile too.
