  • ​We are excited to announce that we have been working hard to update this process for you!  This is a new, updated system through FlowForms!  This should make your process of updating so much easier and efficient.  Below are a few highlights and steps to update.

  • IMPORTANT:  Good news!  We have simplified our process for you, and this will be used for many purposes!  The information you submit will be used for the printed Counselor Update page, your online Campus Profile, Social Media Posts, & more!   Please make sure to keep this information updated throughout the year, so we are using correct and accurate information for your campus in all our MPSEOC promotions.​
 ​
  • This online profile is a free bonus for our members and is online for students, counselors, parents to use as a year-long resource.​​

how to login

  • Step 1:  Check & Locate Your Current Login Email  |  You will use this email to login into your campus profile.  Please check this link to make sure this email login is correct.  If your campus email is not correct, please let us know right away what email you would like to use, and we will get that updated for you.  Contact us @ [email protected].  Thank you!

  • Step 2:  Account Access  |  Access your account by going to the:
    • Login page
    • Don't remember your password?  Request a new password be sent, and then add your institution's designated email from the link above, and then check that same email to set the password and access your account.   
    • Important Reminder:  All Montana campuses already have an existing profile, so you do not need to submit a new institution profile.  You will want to login and update your existing profile.
    • If you have multiple team members helping with this process, everyone will use the same email / password login, so please share with all team members. 
 
  • Step 3:  Video Training  |   If you would like more details on this new process, please watch the training video below on how to edit your profile.

  • Step 6:  Additional Tips  & When To Update?  | 
    • Tips To Update Profile:
      • Access To Profile  |  You have full access at any time to update.  Therefore, we ask you to establish a regular plan in your office to check your profile at least quarterly, or when you feel is best to keep your information on the profile accurate for students, counselors, parents, etc. who use these profiles for information.
      • New Profile Questions / Sections  |  There are several new questions to include in your profile.  We tried to transfer over information from your previous profile and guide book data to make this process easier.  However, please adjust, change, or update as needed. 
      • New Image / Video Requests  |  Make sure to add your new pictures, logos, information into your profile!
      • Fields That Do Not Apply?  What if you do not have an answer to a question or section in the profile?  please simply add a "zero"  - 0 to the blank and it will remove that field from your profile.  
      • Why Update? We will have 1,000’s of students, counselors, parents, and beyond starting to visit our site and these profiles starting the first week of September. 
      •  When To Update:  Please make sure to access, check, and/or update your profile at least monthly.  We use this content for social media posts and other events, so it is essential you keep this current.  We also suggest doing a deeper check and update at the start of each school semester and especially in August each year.  This profile will not be updated by MPSEOC.  Each campus has full control of their profile and keeping it updated.  Throughout the year, MPSEOC will be consistently be pulling data and information from your profile to share out with counselors, students, printing, etc.

What’s New? 

  • Instant, All-Time / Any-Time Access  |  Your team can access and update this profile anytime and as soon as you make changes, it will display online instantly.  Tip:  Make sure to check and see what your profile looks like to the public.

  • Simplified Process & Expanded Profiles For the Online Version, Guide Book Printing, Counselor Update, etc. |  We are excited to announce that this new process combines many steps in one!  This will make your team’s process so much easier!  You will see that we have combined the old online profile information with the information we collect for the Counselor Update and Guidebook printing.  You will now update this one profile for all of those programs/documents.  Therefore, it becomes ever more important that your team keeps this updated.  We will send reminders when we are pulling information from this profile, but it would be best practice to update this regularly, so we are always using current information for these events.

  • Year-Long Process  |  After this initial deadline to access your new profile, we will no longer have just one time a year that you update this profile.  You will want to update this on a regular cycle.  MPSEOC will be consistently be pulling data and information from your profile to share out with counselors, students, printing, etc.
